About Julie
A Diploma of Music Industry is not just about the theory of sound. It is actually quite strange how much a formal qualification informs the way I teach breath and technique.
Over 7 years of teaching, I have worked with 130 students to refine their pitch control and rhythm. I focus on vibrato control, tone and resonance to help you find your voice.
We also cover belting technique, microphone technique, and sight singing for a full approach. Whether you need exam preparation or harmony singing, I can help. You are welcome to reach out to book a session if you want to grow.

Students leave feeling fully prepared to perform with total confidence in their vocal ability. I focus on your specific needs by sharing recorded warm up routines that you can use for daily home practice. These exercises help you build consistency while we monitor your progress in real time. My background allows me to pinpoint exactly why a certain note feels difficult for you to hit.
I break down complex mechanics into simple movements that you can actually feel in your chest and throat. I have seen many people struggle with breath, so we work on that until it becomes automatic.
We will keep building your stamina until your voice stays steady for as long as you need. I really enjoy seeing how much you change over a few weeks of consistent work. This is the part of my job that makes me look forward to every single session.
