Dallas Colman from country VIC. Been involved in footy since I was 6. Coached Auskick U12s U14’s 2nds 1st in country VIC. I’m personally huge on developing players to get better in all area’s of their play abilities or focus on one that they are struggling with.

Big focus on developing all areas. Skills are most important. Working on all different types of Kicks/ Handballs you can use during a game. Working on fitness so you can have those 3-4 efforts at each contest and you can still be running at hard at the 25 min mark of the 4th quarter. Game sense is huge, working on making the right decisions at key times of the game.
