About Mikaila
I have been a mathematics tutor for two and a half years.
I have never had a long-term student. Since I worked for a university, I've spoken with hundreds of students in a handful of interactions with each. I see them many times on campus, and am happy to hear how well they've done on exams after I help them.

I am a recent college graduate from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
I've been a learning assistant/tutor at my university for two years for mathematics up to Calculus I. I can tutor high school students and college students.
I am patient and try to work with the students' base knowledge in the subject and builds on top of that. Students are better able to understand information if they can reach the same conclusion based on their own logic and reasoning.
