About Melissa
This year, I graduated from American University with a dual degree in Journalism and Spanish studies. These degrees have taught me a lot about effective communication and how to be an effective scholar of languages and cultures. I am in the process of completing my practicum hours for my TEFL certificate. I have logged observation and tutoring hours as part of my TEFL certification process. I also worked for two semesters as a tutor in a public charter school under the guidance of the English Language Learning Director.
