About Gavin
My name is Gavin and I started getting into fitness myself for the main reason of losing weight. I put on so much weight during covid and was 210 pounds at 5 foot 7, so I started to teach myself how do lose weight and started eating healthy and went on a calorie deficit and in 3 months time I went from 210 to 185 from hard work and effort, now almost a year from when I started my journey I'm now 160 and have got myself where Inever thought I could and now the only thing I want is to teach people how to do the same, as I know just starting out can be the hardest part as sometimes I fell off my weight loss plan myself but Iwant to help u stay on it and get that dream body you guys always wanted
