About Ezra
I believe in building trust with my students. I want my students to know they can trust me with honest feedback ( whether I am moving at a pace not convenient for them or if they are overwhelmed). Our sessions will be professional but I also understand the majority of students issues in class are due to problem that are not academic. I have worked with a diverse number of students from those who have minimal previous engagement with material in their class to those majoring in the class I tutor.

I usually start by getting to know the student and understand what struggles they are having in the class ( comprehensions or test-taking, etc.) . I also spend a good portion of our initial session finding out what learning method works best for the student. From there, I draw up a scheme of how each session will structured to highlight the strengths of the students in the subject and weakness we aim to address. My Biology tutoring lessons are for college level students.
