I am a part time teacher and am also currently getting a masters in secondary education. I have tutored students in reading, math, and ESL. I am teaching 7th grade science and am student teaching 10th grade science as well.

My teaching method is understanding why things are rather than just memorizing facts. I hope for students to come to a strong understanding of the material that they will retain for the future. I also am a big fan of using different methods and approaches to learning to present material in diverse forms.
