About Allan
I am a college instructor passionate about educating, mentoring, and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence and personal growth. I have been serving as a part-time instructor at Cebu Technological University–Main Campus for almost three years, where I continuously strive to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. I encourage my students to think critically, communicate effectively, and apply their knowledge to real-world situations, preparing them for both academic and professional success.
Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) to further enhance my knowledge and teaching competencies. I am also a Career Service Professional (CSC second-level eligibility), which reflects my commitment to professional growth and excellence in public service. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I continuously seek opportunities to improve my skills and broaden my expertise.
Beyond teaching, I value integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and compassion in everything I do. My goal is not only to educate students but also to inspire them to become responsible, ethical, and competent professionals who can make meaningful contributions to society. Through dedication, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for education, I aspire to make a lasting impact on the lives of my students and the academic community.
