About Cory
I am currently a part time college student looking to one day attend school full time once I can afford to do so. I am a Pure Mathematics major as well as a Physics major. I earned the privilege to skip first semester Calculus due to months of hard work. I currently write math papers in my spare time when I’m not working and I’d love to help extend my broad range of mathematical knowledge to students and individual learners alike!

My teaching methods really strike the core definition of learning. It’s one thing to “do” math i.e. deriving formulas and such, however the actual process of “understanding” math at its central principles requires certain contextual lensing. I usually start students off with a practice exam. This essentially assembles a map of strengths and weaknesses for me to assess. Once the weaknesses have been identified, I optimize the students’ learning experience by specifically tailoring a guide for not only improvement, but real, deep and true, meaningful understanding.
