I am an approachable, outgoing and caring person who's goal in life is to make a difference in peoples lives and to help where I can to make things easier for anyone and everyone. First session will be learning the background of my student and talking about the issues, with every other session being working on different techniques to help manage what is worrying them. If something is not working I encourage my students to speak up so we can find different methods to help with the situation because each and every person is different.
I am a student in year 11, I have had struggles with mental health and can relate to the struggle of stress and conflict. Many psychologists have given me different perspectives and ideas on stress/conflict management and positive thinking. Also am currently studying psychology at school and have learned many techniques through the course.

Primary education was spent at St. Cuthbert's in Lindisfarne, High School was at Mount Carmel College and currently studying at Guilford Young College with future goals to go to university.
