About Ying

Hello, my name is Ying, a native Chinese speaker and college student who loves to share the rich and fascinating culture of China with others.

I have a strong academic background in Chinese, as I ranked first in my high school class several times. I also have extensive teaching experience, both online and offline, with students of various ages and levels. Specifically, I volunteered to teach lessons to primary school students offline, and I also taught Chinese online in the past.

I am a patient, passionate, and responsible tutor who can tailor my lessons to your needs and goals. Whether you want to learn Chinese for travel, business, or personal interest, I can help you achieve your language learning objectives. I look forward to hearing from you and starting our journey together.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Ying, a native Chinese speaker and a college student in politics. I have been teaching Chinese online for over a year and I love sharing my language and culture with people around the world.

My lessons will be customized to fit your goals and preferences, with a focus on communication and culture. I will use various materials, such as videos, podcasts, and games, to make the lessons engaging and relevant. I will also have a plan to track your progress and adjust the lessons accordingly.

More specifically, I will first identify your needs and make a detailed plan. During the lesson, we will start with a warm-up chat about what we want to learn. Then we will explore some specific topics to improve your Chinese, using some videos and games. At the end of the lesson, I will summarize and give you feedback.

My passion and enthusiasm for teaching Chinese are matched by my qualifications, which include my grades and experience. I excelled in Chinese throughout high school, and I gained a lot of teaching experience both online and offline.

My lessons are for anyone who wants to learn Chinese, whether for academic or personal reasons. I can help you with preparing for travelling and living in China, expanding your vocabulary, or exploring your interests.

If you are interested in learning Chinese with me, feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve your Chinese learning goals.
