About Grace
I have experience in reading and mathematical instruction for students K-8th grade. I have tutored students online and in person. I use multiple techniques for each lesson if needed to ensure student understanding and I show patience to all students because no child wants to feel rushed or judged when being challenged.

My lessons start with a short introduction or refresh period where I will go over the child's prior knowledge or what we learned last lesson. The majority of the lesson time will be used teaching the student through guided practices and individual work ensuring that by the end of the lesson the students understands the criteria with and without instructional help. Most lessons can also be tied to real life so i may end a lesson using real examples or situations for the student to relate back to. I enjoy working with kids of various ages and would love to work with your child as well.
