About Minh
When tutoring, utilisation of my speaking and communicative skills is a must, allowing me to get to know the students and assist them with the most appropriate help. Had been a student myself, I understand the struggle of managing the amount of workload and building the logical thinking. When being a tutor, I consider the most important thing is not to provide the students with the answer but to guide them through the difficulties of learning. As their predecessor and mentor, I have the responsibility of taking their hands and lead them towards the right path, lighting up the passion of learning in them through my engagement. Empathy allows me to relate deeply to the student's struggles and difficulties in studying as it can sometimes be frustrating. Therefore, I disagree with the "forcing attention" teaching method, instead, I would make friends with the students and gain their interests through my modification in teaching method and accomodation the most suitable to the students' learning style.
