About Aliana May

I like to cook quick and savoury food for my family— I prefer to cook with very few ingredients from salads to pasta. I have been cooking since before I finished uni and have started to cook more often when I moved out from my parents home. Catch me cooking at least once a day in my kitchen.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology would be to teach like that one friend who cooks five delicious dishes on a BYO party. I would like to believe that when we host dinners at our place (which happens at least once in two weeks), I play hostest with the mostest— and I'm practically the one who cooks at home so most of the food I cook are likely to be quick and with not so complicated ingredients.

To get a full refund, student/s should notify me at least 12 hours before the beginning of the class.

To get 1/2 of the fee, student/s should notify me at least 5 hours before the beginning of the class.

The reason being is that I may need to acquire the ingredients at certain places and need to prepare the ingredients necessary.
