About Antonio
I have been a public speaker for over 10 years now and have primarily spoken about the impact of trauma as well as educating in mental health and addiction.
I am very passionate about the use of education and creating a platform for people to become educators as well as thrive in their ability to communicate.
I often hear from people that public speaking and getting in front of a crowd is extremely daunting and they wonder how I do it so naturally so I will now wanting to share how I go about doing this.
Although I come across as natural, the hard work and dedication that I've put into developing my speaking engagement skills that go on behind the scenes are often what I share with people over time.

I like to take a very simplistic and practical approach to the way I structure the lessons. I like to identify the key area to improve and then work with the student to improve in that area and then create an environment where as sessions progress we consolidate on techniques and implement them.
A typical length of a lesson is between 45 minutes and an hour.
I have qualifications in life coaching, mental health as well as addiction and am currently expanding my qualifications into psychological science. I have presented and educated in various settings from high schools, hospitals, the Defence Force as well as having run workshops and webinar series. I have also been fortunate enough to teach English to refugees and really developed my teaching skills in that forum.
My lessons are for people who are looking to develop better public speaking skills whether this be in an open forum, a professional setting or online.
