About Advait
Hi! I'm Advait. I've been coding and teaching since high school — I started out tutoring privately across subjects, and over time realized the same problem-solving mindset that made me good at explaining a hard concept also made me good at software engineering.
Today I work as a Forward Deployed Engineer, writing and shipping real software professionally — C, C++, Python, and increasingly working with AI tools as part of daily
development.
I believe that if something doesn't make sense to a student, that's on the teacher to explain it differently — not on the student for not getting it. That's the standard I hold myself to,
whether we're debugging a first program in C or figuring out how to actually use an AI tool well without losing your own understanding of what it's doing.
With me, you'll understand how to think like a software architect. We won't just code, we'll discuss solutions to difficult problems, and how to solve them before we touch a single line of code.

together until it makes sense, and ends with you writing and explaining the code yourself — because being able to explain it back is how I know you understand it.
Beyond the lesson itself, I'll help you identify real practice projects suited to where you are — so you're building something real between sessions, not just working through exercises. You're also not limited to lesson time: think of it as having a software engineer on retainer, with help whenever you're stuck on your own between sessions.
Whether you're writing your first program or pushing deeper into using & building with AI (or building the AI ...), the goal is always real understanding, not just working code.
