About Owen
I have been involved in computing all my life, specialising in this field on an academic level. I have experience tutoring in computing areas, and also report/essay writing. Also, for three months of my summer in 2019, I traveled to Wisconsin, America working as a Special Needs Counselor. In this role I spent 24 hours a day, caring for the children I got the pleasure of meeting. During this time, I made incredible friendships with the children, and even secured my place for the following year, upon request from one of the children's parents in my care that I return to be his guardian for the following summer.
In university I have gained knowledge in a wide range of areas, including; Ethical Hacking, Computer Exploitation, Computer Programming, Software Development, Java, HTML, CSS, Networking, Web and Network Security, SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting (XSS), Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF), Databases, Web Development and Linux OS.

My teaching method is a very hands on approach, with a short introduction of the activity at hand, and then monitoring and assistance throughout the entire session. It's always easier to learn through hands-on work, rather than sitting and listening to someone explain everything.
