About Polina
I am a second-year student at the University of Michigan, studying computer science and mathematics. I achieved perfect fluency in English after having to learn it as a second language in elementary school, so I know how difficult it is. I can help. I tutor my peers in mathematics regularly, so I have experience with different styles of math learning and can tailor my teaching to a student's preferred learning method.

I am best suited to supplement a student's coursework by tailoring the content I teach to what the student is required to learn in their given course. I can explain mathematical concepts in multiple ways, including but not limited to analytical, conceptual, and geometric. I can teach English especially pertaining to grammar, vocabulary, and high-level essay writing.
