I like to treat each topic in a course as it's own lesson. Especially with math, every topic builds upon the previous. I try to encourage creative thinking in math because I believe that in many situations, there are more tham one way to solve a problem. It will be my job to give students all of the tools to solve a problem, and then teach them how to use them in the way that they understand.
