About Lauretta
My name is Lauretta, and I am a student at Rutgers University studying Computer Science and Economics. I really enjoy reading, writing, learning languages, and arranging flowers. I found interest in the business world when I started my own small floral business out of my garage. I learned so much more about data analysis and organization throughout this process and wanted to continue this theme in the future. As a current consulting analyst for Rutgers Consulting group, I am able to use these skills to my advantage by creating data-driven reports. To continue, as the assistant director of the Rutgers Consulting Group Newsletter, I write weekly articles on the status of the equity market. My current real estate internship with Project Destined has allowed me to exercise my skills in data analysis, coding, writing, and organization through case competitions and team projects. Being that I could have never attained these experiences without education, I am very passionate about the goal to make education easy to attain for all. In the future, I plan to strengthen my skills and work in a position in which I can create written reports that include data analytics while also offering businesses insight to help others.
