About Arya
Hi, I’m Arya — a high-distinction Computer Science student with Band 6 results in Math, Software Design and Development, and Industrial Graphics. I have a strong academic background and hands-on experience in programming, software development, and game design, which allows me to explain complex concepts clearly and make learning engaging. My approach combines step-by-step problem-solving, real-world examples, and interactive exercises to help students build a deep understanding of the material. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and learning style, running 1–2 hours and including guided practice, feedback, and extension challenges. I tutor high school students of all levels, from those strengthening their foundational skills to those aiming for top results in Math, Programming, Software Design, ICT, and Industrial Graphics. My goal is to help students gain confidence, achieve academic success, and develop practical skills they can apply both in exams and real-world projects.

My Tutoring Approach
I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple, step-by-step explanations and encouraging students to ask questions so they really understand the “why,” not just the “how.” I adapt my teaching style depending on the student — using examples, practice problems, or real-world applications to make lessons engaging.
Lesson Structure
A typical lesson runs for about 1 hour. I usually start by reviewing what the student already knows, then work through new material together, and finish with practice or recap to reinforce learning.
Qualifications & Experience
I’m a Computer Science student at Western Sydney University majoring in AI, with tutoring experience at Pre-Uni (Years 1–5) as well as strong academic results in maths and coding. I’ve also worked on real projects in AI and game development, which helps me bring practical insights into lessons.
