About Asma
I understand that maths can feel overwhelming when concepts don't click straight away, and that understanding shapes how I teach. Rather than rushing through material, I take the time to explain each concept clearly, so students build real understanding instead of relying on memorised steps.
I'm a Final year Computer Science student at university, which has reinforced how directly maths underpins real-world problem solving. Whatever level a student is starting from, I focus on building their confidence alongside their technical ability.

My approach to tutoring is patient and step-by-step, I break down maths concepts into smaller, manageable parts and work through a lot of practice questions so students build real understanding, not just memorised methods. Lesson length is flexible and tailored to each student's needs and pace. I'm currently a Computer Science student with strong Maths knowledge, and I teach students from primary school up to GCSE level, helping them build confidence and improve their grades over time.
