I'm a College Reading and Learning Associate (CRLA) advanced level certified tutor with 3 years of tutoring on-site at Milwaukee Area Technical College and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and 2 years of private tutoring. When I teach students who are going the same way I did years ago gives me a a lot of energy and happiness when I see I can help them with problems I was facing back in the days.

I teach different varieties of students from elementary school to students who are studying for their bachelor's degree. Before starting the first session, I will always start with a conversation about the student, their long term goals, and how important of a role this course might play in their life in the future, and based on that I approach the sessions and how deep we need to go with each lesson. Our sessions are very hands on with a lot of examples and different ways do solve problems, rather than just sticking with theories and formulas. I use as many as real-life examples to make a problem understandable for the student and makes it more memorable for the future when they face them on their tests.
