About Alex
I am a Computer Science student at Dawson College in Montreal. I graduated high school in the most advanced mathematics program there was and loved to help my peers with difficult concepts :). In that program I studied advanced math (functions, trigonometry, algebra), as well as physics and chemistry.

I like to read up on the desired subject beforehand to refresh my memory. On the first class I typically get to know the person I am teaching and familiarize myself with their skill level and what exactly they struggle with. Then we can either look at exercises the student has from their school or I can prepare some beforehand. After a few classes I like to prepare small quizzes so the student can have a visual of how well they are understanding the subject. When a student is having difficulty grasping a concept I try many different ways of having them grasp it. I am here to teach high school students in math and physics and happy to make accommodations for anyone who needs it :).
