While learning new things may be tough, it is always rewarding in the end. For example, when you've put countless hours into a research paper and ultimately see that "A". Learning also improves ones confidence and belief in themselves! Through these ideas, I choose to teach my students in a structured and positive atmosphere that encourages new questions and paves the way to gaining new knowledge.

I believe that all students possess untapped potential and just need someone to help them open up. When I teach, I look to teach my students in a way that also allows them to enjoy learning, as I was once taught. This idea allows for students to overcome challenges and push through things they do not necessarily understand right away. I look to focus on tutoring students elementary and middle school aged.
