About Larry

I'm a self-taught Computer Vision specialist and a former World and European Karate Champion — currently pursuing a Master's in Sports Analysis with AI at UCAM.

I build full Computer Vision pipelines;
- detection,
- multi-person tracking,
- pose estimation,
- automatic technique recognition and scoring to turn raw match footage into real performance insights.

My martial arts analysis system has been presented to and endorsed by members of the WKF Athletic Commission!

Last thing; I came into Computer Vision the HARD WAY — SELF-DIRECTED, PROJECT BY PROJECT, BUILDING REAL THINGS RATHER THAN JUST FOLLOWING TUTORIALS. That's exactly how I teach: hands-on, practical, and focused on getting you to build, not just watch.

About the lesson

This course is built from real systems I've designed and deployed, not just textbook theory!

We'll work across three connected areas:
- Computer Vision
- Object detection
- Multi-person tracking
- Pose estimation.

You'll learn the full production pipeline (detection → tracking → pose → analysis), not isolated toy examples.

AI Sports Analysis — how to measure what was once "expert intuition": athlete tracking, technique recognition, scoring, and performance statistics from match footage.

Strategy & Statistics — how to read data correctly and turn numbers into real decisions on the mat, field, or court.

How it works

Every session is hands-on and project-based. We build real pipelines with real footage and data, and I tailor the path to your level and goals after a short initial assessment.

All levels - from your first detection script to a full sports-analysis system. Online or in person, in English or Turkish. Bring a project or a match you want to analyze, and we'll work on it directly.
