About James
I have been taking photos ever since I I could get my hands on a camera and have always felt that deep down this is my calling. Since working in the industry after leaving school I fell even more in love with the art of photography.
I found my self helping out my friends with their photography and soon I became the guy to go to when ever any of them had questions about photography. This is where I discovered my passion for teaching photography. Seeing their faces light up once they nail a technique genuinely inspired me.
It is my dream to one day become a full-time photography teacher.

I have been taking photos ever since my hands were big enough to hold a camera. From a young age I knew it was my calling. I studied photography all through school and media production and analysis in years 11 and 12.
After graduating in 2018 I decided to study photography online through tafe. In 2019 I decide to start work as a freelance photographer and now it has become my main job. I mainly shoot models and music gigs but also have shot product shots for brands.
I am a strong believer in learning by doing, So that’s why my lessons will have a strong emphasis on actually taking photos.
Lessons will typically go for about an hour. The first 20-30 minutes we will be going over a specific technique and then for the remainder of the lesson we will be taking photos and applying what we learnt to our photography.
My lessons are for anyone new to photography, studying it at school or even hobbyist photographers looking to take their photos to the next level.
