About the lesson

A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan:

1. Warm-up (10 mins): We start by sharpening your hand skills with easy drills and then use what you learned on a simple short song after.

2. Theory & Practice (30 mins): We dive into a short version of a piece you may know (from Interstellar to Beethoven). I teach you the specific hand positioning and teach you some musical theory along the way that is related to what you are doing in the moment. Instant theory to practice.

3. Song Practice (20min): We practice the song you want to learn fully and go step by step deconstructing each note and each finger placement so that you may play it with passion!
