My name is Mrs. Markiewicz, but most of my students call me Mrs. M. I like Mrs. M better, because it's not as much to spell. I teach 5th grade, and my favorite color is yellow, like the color of the sun. I enjoy reading and writing and hanging out with my dog!

I teach for one reason: so that the next generation can have a better future. My teaching revolves around getting you to understand something in the best way possible. Similar to a doctor, I look for what you need to have changed or "made better".
A typical day will be warming up with some of your strengths, diving into your weaker points, then ending on a positive note with something to work on for next time.
These lessons are for middle school students who struggle with reading and writing. I offer writing help for essays, as well as reading comprehension help.
