About Bettye
"Music has defined my life since early childhood. I provide 13 years of focused instruction to piano students. My Sydney Conservatorium of Music degree informs a method prioritizing technique alongside the joy of performance.
I teach memorization techniques, rhythm, timing, and chord voicing. Posture, hand position, and accompaniment skills receive constant attention.
Classical repertoire, sight transposition, and jazz improvisation round out the curriculum. Mastery of scales, arpeggios, and ABRSM or Trinity exam prep follows naturally. Results remain the primary goal, so students perform confidently after 1 term of work."

You will move through exercises that bridge the gap between sight reading and musical expression. Progress happens when clear feedback meets consistent repetition, so we maintain that pace."
