About Tim
Hi! I’m Tim Hedger. I have just finished my A-Levels, achieving top grades in Maths and Further Maths. Now, I’m on a mission to help other students do exactly the same. Why am I doing this? Because I have been exactly where you are right now. My school couldn't provide a teacher for A-Level Further Maths, so I had to teach myself the entire syllabus from scratch. I know firsthand how incredibly frustrating it is to get stuck on a brutal calculus question with no one there to guide you. I know how quickly you can lose motivation when you feel isolated and overwhelmed by the sheer volume of the content. I don't want you to have to struggle alone the way I did. I am stepping up to be the mentor I wish I had when I was studying. Because I conquered these exams entirely on my own, I had to figure out the absolute simplest ways to understand the hardest concepts. I don't just know the answers—I know exactly how to guide you past the roadblocks, keep your motivation high, and give you the consistent support you need to ace your exams.

We will use official GCSE and A-Level curriculum textbooks to build your core foundation first. Once the concept clicks we will learn how to apply this directly to exam papers and how to achieve those desired grades. Having just walked out of the exam hall myself with top marks, I am completely fluent in the current layout, question styles, and timing pressures of the modern papers.
