About Isabel
I am a Costume Design graduate with a strong background in Art & Design, specialising in textiles, fashion and surface design. My own practice is driven by experimentation with materials, colour, texture and process, and I enjoy helping students develop their ideas in a creative and individual way. I am passionate about making art and design approachable and engaging, while supporting students in building confidence, technical skills and a strong personal style in their work.

Lessons are tailored to each student’s individual GCSE coursework and creative interests, with both 1-to-1 and small group sessions available online or in Oxford. I offer support with project development, technique building, sketchbooks, portfolio preparation for university applications, and technical writing. Lessons encourage experimentation with materials and processes across textiles, fashion and surface design, while helping students build confidence and develop their own creative style.
