I am a former software engineer turned teacher. I have 4 years of mathematics teaching experience (still currently teaching) and 10+ years of tutoring experience. I have worked with students of all ages (elementary through college) to help improve their math skills and abilities.

My teaching approach is to use something familiar to the student to base concepts on. I spend time getting to know interests or appeals so that I can incorporate those into the area of mathematics. This helps make the material relatable and easier to understand.
