About Madeleine
I am an undergraduate student, originally from France, living in the UK, and studying criminology and sociology. I wish to become a professor and my greatest interest is teaching! Whether it is teaching friends to learn how to ride a bike for the first time, or teaching you how to learn the French language, my approach is always through encouragement and training.
Last year I partook in the peer mentor program, and mentored over 60 students! I helped students the best I could from first years to PhD students with their studies and queries. Today, still as focused on my studies, I wish to help others learn French.

My classes are here to teach children of all ages how to take their first steps into the beautiful French language. One class at a time, we will learn the basics, through the alphabet and presenting yourself, to more beginner and intermediate conversations.
Each class will have a PowerPoint to structure the lesson. I will teach through reading, listening, talking and writing and will give out homework to ensure a continuous progress.
A typical class will last 50 minutes. My classes are available to all ages to learn the language from any level, as well as support your child for his homework or assignments.
Learning a language is hard, but to key is to not give up, and trust that with time, will and repetition, great progress can be made at any level and any age!
