About Alexandra
I am a graduate student at CSUDH, and have been tutoring privately for 7 years both 1 on 1 and in a group setting. I have taught 4 students 1 on 1, and up to 23 students in my various group settings. I have taught a variety of grade levels from fifth grade to second year undergraduate students.

I have a dynamic teaching style, with lots of opportunity for student feedback. I will not lecture at you, rather give hints to help you find a method of problem solving that works for you. I use examples with small changes between them to illustrate the concepts I am teaching, enabling students to learn the method and the "why" behind a problem rather than learn to plug numbers in and solve for one problem.
