About Sophia

As a native Spanish speaker and lover of languages I'm passionate about helping people not just improve their speaking, reading, and writing, but become comfortable enough in the language to learn to love it.

I am hard-working, flexible, and personable able to suit your needs and aims.

About the lesson

After an initial diagnostic session I will create a personalised plan to suit your needs and timeline. I use a fully immersive approach in that we will only speak Spanish for the entire lesson.

Before each lesson we will begin with a quick listening, reading, or writing exercise and focus on the resulting strengths and weaknesses.

At the end of each session we will conduct a similar quick exercise to measure progress and increase confidence in your speaking, reading, and writing.

Based on your progress, strengths and weaknesses I will organise work for you to do before our next session.
