About Cinder
With over 16 years of experience, I am a professional Flute tutor teaching School students, College students, and working professionals. I enjoy helping students develop both technical skill and musical understanding in a simple and supportive way.
My teaching approach is student-focused and structured. I begin with basic techniques like correct posture, breathing, finger coordination, and tone production. As students improve, I introduce advanced exercises, scales, and musical pieces to improve expression and confidence.
I value good communication in every lesson. I explain concepts clearly and provide regular feedback. Accountability is maintained through practice planning and progress reviews. I teach with integrity by being honest, supportive, and consistent in my guidance.
Along with flute instruction, I also teach music theory, notation reading, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation. I help students gain confidence for exams, competitions, and stage performances.
My unique strength is my calm teaching style and ability to adapt lessons to each student’s needs. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.

My flute teaching methodology is based on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility. I focus on understanding each student’s unique style, goals, and learning pace. Clear communication ensures students grasp techniques, music notation, and rhythm easily.
I encourage creativity by helping students explore different genres, improvise, and compose music. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons if a student needs more practice or wants to explore a new topic.
In addition to flute, I teach music theory, sight-reading, and listening skills to help students become well-rounded musicians. My approach ensures students gain technical mastery, confidence, and a love for music that lasts a lifetime.
