About Sophie
I love maths and I want to help others gain an appreciation for it too. I do not have formal training to be a teacher, but I do know what it's like to be a kid that struggles at school and needs a little extra help. I have gone from someone that barely passed high school to a High Distinction university student. I believe everyone can learn, they just need to figure out what works for them.

I am new to being a tutor and offering hour long sessions for primary aged children that are struggling to understand math. I will first work out where the student is getting stuck and then try different methods of solving those problems until we find one that makes sense.
