I'm a fourth year medical student at Creighton University. I tutored at the college level during my undergraduate tenure at the University of Colorado and tutor at the graduate level as a medical student. I graduated with a degree in physiology and am well-equipped to help you be successful in your science courses!

I tutor in 1:1 settings, typically by assisting students in mastering practice questions and other similar practice material so they can be successful in the classroom and on exam day. I also teach test taking and study strategies to assist students in learning to be successful in their coursework independently, so I can eventually be phased out as a tool, and they can continue to replicate the success they have with me as a tutor.
I believe in positive reinforcement and breaking problems down to their individual components so students can learn how to approach problems as lists of smaller tasks, rather than being overwhelmed by them.
