About Sofia
- I've excelled in math throughout my entire school career, and I've often helped friends of mine do the same
- I began tutoring for a community service project my first semester of this school year, after the project was over I continued tutoring by becoming an academic tutor my first period of the day
- I've found that due to my age, people can feel much more comfortable around me than many feel with their teachers
- I think every student has the ability to not only understand math but excel as well with the one-on-one time they deserve.

- I ask if the student has any specific questions or areas that are especially confusing their understanding
- I try to create a safe place where students are not embarrassed to ask questions or say they need help!
