About Rachael
My name is Rachael and I am currently studying maths and psychology at the University of Glasgow. I am originally from Newcastle, where I completed my GCSEs and A levels.
I have always enjoyed maths and have A levels in both maths and further maths, and I hope to complete my degree and eventually go on to becoming a secondary teacher. Tutoring on platforms like this is a great opportunity to build on my knowledge of tutoring, and teaching is something I have always been interested in.

I teach in a way that is engaging and interactive so the student can make their own mistakes, as I believe that is the best way to learn, I'm just here to help along. My lessons will typically last about an hour, so there is enough time for explanation, focused tasks and solidifying games.
I am fully DBS checked and have previously volunteered as a Maths, English and Science tutor up to GCSE level. I also have experience working in a nursery and with younger children.
I have A levels in both maths and further maths so am able to tutor maths to students up to an A level standard.
