About Bruce
I am currently a Year 6 teacher working in North Solihull. I have been a primary school teacher for 6 years, and really enjoy working with children of all ages. My main passion is sport and PE, but I love teaching the primary curriculum because it is so broad and there are so many interesting things to learn!

I am a patient person, who likes to see children develop their knowledge across a wide variety of topics. I ensure that when we are learning a new topic, children have the chance to make connections from their previous knowledge and experiences. We will look at and become confident in the specific vocabulary needed, then dig deeper into the main objectives of the topic. We will write for a purpose, use Maths skills in context and create amazing art/topical work based around the topic.
