About Shuyi
I am currently studying mechanical engineering at the University of Manchester. I first started off teaching robotics to my peers, which then advanced to teaching mathematics. Cheerful, friendly, and passionate towards teaching. I value academics and aim to be a high achiever, which I hope to be able to pass on to my students.

My teaching style hones in on the weaknesses of each student to determine any gaps in knowledge and build a steady foundation for the subject. Mathematics and Physics require very strong fundamental understanding which my teaching style is appropriate for. Lessons will be tailored to each student’s needs. For example, students can request for lessons to focus on teaching certain concepts from their syllabus. Students can also request intensive revision classes which involve discussion and analysis of past-year papers. I can also create different sets of questions to test students on specific concepts.
