As a patient, encouraging, and supportive person I aim to help students not only grasp the material, but also have confidence in doing so. To explain difficult concepts I like to use visuals, analogies, and practice questions. I am willing to alter learning techniques with different students depending on what works best for them. I genuinely care about making students feel confident, and not just helping them finish their assignments. I am a very organized person who can communicate well, and create a comfortable environment for students to feel free to ask questions.
