About
I've lived in various places - I was in Barbados, Netherlands, Switzerland... etc. My parents move a lot. I've done volunteer work tutoring peers and other kids for math (and sometimes English) when I was in high school. I'm familiar with lots of different backgrounds and curriculums for mathematics. I took IB and AP. I speak - French, Portuguese, Spanish, and English (my 1st language)

My teaching method caters to the individual student as everyone has their preferred manner of learning things. Whether it's lectures, worksheets, or fun competitions, as long as they have a firm grasp of the material I'm open to different approaches. I usually like to teach whatever they are doing in school, so there are no surprises come test time. I also take a personal pleasure in teaching more advanced material if the curiosity arises. I find it satisfying to teach math, and it also helps me to further temper my own foundations. Preferred teaching range: middle - high school (including AP/IB)
