About Isha
I am currently studying the International Baccalaureate in Year 13/S6, taking higher level chemistry, biology, psychology and English, and standard level maths and Spanish.
I did struggle with my GCSE’s at first, and did find it difficult to keep up with how much content there was and getting used to the way of thinking. Therefore, I had to understand the course and find a way to organise my notes and revision. I believe this gives me an advantage as I am aware of how the process feels to a student, as I was in this place fairly recently.
I often take part in activities working with children and young individuals, which has helped me improve my communication skills, and understanding the different way people learn

For GCSE biology and chemistry, I would break down the subject into subtopics, and start by understanding specifically what the student is struggling before explaining.
Once revising a topic, typically a few questions would be done to understand how to structure answers and what details to look out for.
Lessons would normally an hour long, however adjustments can be made depending on requirements and time availability.
