About Aruni
I'm a Civil Engineer/Geophysicist with one bachelor's degree and two master's degrees. I worked as a university lecturer for 3 years teaching engineering students mathematics and related engineering subjects. Since I moved to Australia in 2019, I have given mathematics tutoring through private institutes. Currently, I'm a PhD Candidate in Geophysics at Curtin University, WA.

I especially excel in making students understand the basics of mathematics and teaching them how to apply the knowledge in complex problems. I can teach students at any level including undergraduates and take pride in good teaching practices. I believe giving students small random problems or a test at the beginning of each lesson, helps them to understand the concepts better. I understand that each child is different, and a suitable teaching method will be adopted depending on the student.
