About April

I have been a nutrition and health freak for my whole life. Struggling with severe stomach pain my whole child and teenage life, dealing with severe weight loss, menstruation issues, and athletic performance. I got my hands and mind learning faster than ever. Article after article, book after book, podcast after podcast, doctor after doctor, I can tell you I go crazy for it. Studying in this field is a dream come true and yet still in progress to obtaining my degree, I have lots to share and assist you with. I love to meal prep, eat a whole range of foods, making my food so tasty and also having my little pleasures. It all came down to my growth and confidence that I am so knowledgeable about this subject today. Now, I could say that almost no day passes by where I am not satisfied with my nutrition.
