I have teaching experience of 8 months in a secondary school in India. I used to teach my students with visual aids and some real-life examples because examples and visual aids make study easy for students and they learn more quickly and they catch the content very nicely which they don't forget easily. I give little homework to the students which sharpens their knowledge and they develop a self-study habit as well. However, before all these things, I will develop a good relationship with students which makes them feel comfortable and they are able to share their problems with me without any kind of hesitation. Making a friendly environment and good relationship in the classroom is a very productive thing in the learning process.
