About Roza
I have graduated high school with distinction average. I am currently studying Bachelor of Accounting at Western Sydney University. Teaching has always been my passion. I provided tuition to my juniors. Also, back in high school I used to prepare my own notes and conduct group studies with my friends which helped them understand a topic better and achieve good grades. I believe that I am good at delivering my knowledge. I was always consistent with my grades throughout my school life. Coming from overseas to Australia was a big challenge. Australia's education system is completely different from where I belong, Bangladesh. I initially struggled. However, I did manage to cope with the change and attain high distinction in all units in my first year.

I am more like a friend than a teacher. I adjust my teaching methods in accordance to my student's ability to learn whatever I am teaching. For instance I would prefer giving direct instructions to students whose performance is below the grade level.
